By Road from Portsmouth or Southampton:
Take the M27/A27 towards Chichester and Brighton.  Watch for signs for to Guildford on the A3. Take the A3 towards Guildford but leave at the first exit to Bedhampton. Come down the slip road to the roundabout and take the 4th exit which should be signposted for Broadmarsh. Go across the next mini-roundabout and straight ahead at the next set of lights into Harts Farm Way. After around half a mile, you'll go over a bridge. Look out for the left turn immediately after this.  Turn into the Basepoint Business Centre and go through the white gates. Park in any bay that isn't numbered. We're in the Innovation Centre which is to the left as you come through the gates.

By Road from Chichester/Brighton:
From the A27 towards Portsmouth and Southampton, take the exit to the A3 to Guildford. Go up the slip road to the traffic lights and take the first exit to the left into Harts Farm Way. After around half a mile, you'll go over a bridge. Look out for the left turn immediately after this.  Turn into the Basepoint Business Centre and go through the white gates. By Road from Guildford
Come down the A3M. Just before the road goes off to Portsmouth there is a junction which should be signposted to Chichester, Brighton and East. This is junction 5. Take this exit and come down the slip road to the roundabout. Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout. Go across the next mini-roundabout and straight ahead at the next set of lights into Harts Farm Way. After around half a mile, you'll go over a bridge. We're in the Innovation Centre which is to the left as you come through the gates.

Trains
Havant Station is the closest station which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Call us when you get to the station and someone will collect you within 5 or 10 minutes.
